You can return/exchange products within 3 days after delivery. Return parcel will be received via reverse pick-up and inspected by our quality control team. A notification will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the exchange product requested by customer will be sent out.
Please follow these steps to raise the request:
- Create a return request by clicking on return button in your order history under Account
- Follow the screens that come up and place the return request for the items in the order you wish to return
- Once submitted, our team will review and approve your request within 48 hours
- Once we confirm your return request, we will schedule a reverse pick-up at your location
- The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging.
Condition of Return:
- In the event the User receives any damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly different from what was purchased, the User shall notify us via call or email ([email protected]) within the aforementioned period of 24 Hours.
- Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices, accessories, freebies and original packaging defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return and shall be sent back to you.
- A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
- Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.
- The return packages should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.
- Exchange is allowed once per order, on the exchanged order refund shall not be applicable if customer wants to return Exchanged item
- Non-returnable Products - All products cannot be returned. The list of products that cannot be returned are:
- Intimate Hygiene products, Nursing Wear, Bump Support Products, Intimate Wear products
- Pregnancy Accessories products
- Beauty care or other beauty consumables (Bath & Skin Products)
- Food Items (Including Healthy Bites, Supplements, Healthy Drinks etc.)
- Products that have been used or tampered
- Products damaged due to misuse of product or products having incidental damages due to malfunctioning
- Product sold in sets or combination cannot be returned individually
- Healthcare Devices: Preg-Eva Kit, Glucometer, Glucostrips, Hemometer Test Strips etc.
NOTE : No return/refund accepted in case of customise gowns/dresses.
You can replace the order within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions apply.
- Item belongs to any of these categories: Healthcare/Medical Devices, Electronic Items, Smart Yoga Mat
- Item received is physically damaged
- Item received has missing parts or accessories
- Item received is defective/does not work properly
NOTE: For gowns and dresses we will charge 300 for reverse pickup and exchange order as the shipping fee.

- Once we confirm your replacement request, we will ensure that the pickup is arranged at the earliest and we will ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner
- Refunds are provided for cancellation/return of products, subject to the eligible cancellation/ return as per Return Policy or these terms and conditions, initiated in accordance with the Return or Cancellation Policy.
- We shall refund the full amount [inclusive of shipping charges] to you in case of cancellation of order
- If the order has been returned, unfortunately we will not be able to refund the shipping charges and COD charges(if any) to you
- In case of COD order, the amount will be credited to your Newmi Wallet with lifetime validity.
- In case of repeat returns of orders, the amount will be credited to your Newmi Wallet with lifetime validity.

Medical Care/Wellness/Consultation/Diagnostics/On Spot Home Pregnancy Testing
- If the doctors/experts do not show up during appointed time full refund will be issued.
- If the patient does not show up during appointed time no refund will be issued.
- If the consultation does not happen due to any special circumstance including technical issues, an option to request refund will be available to the patient for a period of 7 days but the issuance of full or part refund will be on the sole discretion of Newmi
- If appointment / consultation is cancelled by doctor/service provider than full refund will be made.
- In case of On Spot Home Pregnancy Testing, if the phlebotomist does not show up upto one hour from appointment time, full refund will be issued.
- All refunds will be subject to a transaction charge that will be deducted while making a refund.
Studio/Pregcation/Events/Other Wellness Packages
- Refunds are provided for cancellation of booking, subject to the eligible cancellation as per Cancellation Policy or these terms and conditions, initiated in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
Time Period for refund: Refunds are normally processed within 2-3 working days after the completion of quality checks of product returned and further depends on various banking and payment channels. We are not responsible for any errors or delays in refund due to banks or third-party service provider errors or delays.
Mode of Refund: All refunds are credited back to the account/card used (5-7 Business days) to place the original order in case of prepaid orders. You also have the option to choose your refund mode as Newmi Wallet.
Product Cancellation - Prior to the product being shipped for delivery, you may cancel an order for any reason. No cancellation is permitted subsequently. If an order has been successfully cancelled, you will be sent a notification via email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to us. We reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. You agree not to hold us liable for any rejection of order cancellations. You will receive a refund for your cancelled orders that have been accepted in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Service Cancellation –
- Medical Care/Consultation/Wellness/Diagnostics : If the patient cancels a booking more than 1 hour before scheduled appointment time, full refund will be issued.
- On Spot Home Pregnancy Testing : If the patient cancels a booking more than 2 hours before scheduled appointment time, full refund will be issued.
Events/Photographer/Babymoon/Other Packages : If the customer cancels a booking within 7 days, full refund will be issued.

You are allowed to reschedule your appointment 1 hour before your meeting.
